We are excited to invite you to a Computing and the Arts get-together on CPAR Meet-n-Greet: Friday, March 3rd from 3:15-4:15 in Stoeckel Hall Room 106!
As the event implies, there will be cookies (and brownies) and we have will have Computing and the Arts T-shirts for majors! We hope you will join us to meet and reconnect with both other members of the major as well as with faculty that teach in the major. Please feel free to forward this event to prospective majors and to faculty in your track.
Stoeckel Hall is the home of the Music Department, one of our major tracks. 106 is located on the first floor immediately to the right as you enter from the College Street entrance. If there is time and interest, we will take small detours to the fourth floor so you can see some of the amazing facilities the Music Department provides for electronic and computer music. Many thanks to Prof. Konrad Kaczmarek for offering access to those resources, as well as to Ian Quinn who is the Chair of the Music Department for hosting us.
